摘要 目的 分析1例卵巢无性细胞瘤诊治经过并复习文献，为临床诊治提供经验和依据。方法 采用1例经病理证实卵巢无性细胞瘤卵巢资料及相关文献资料进行分析。结果 检查发现患者盆腔包块2个月，入院后行手术治疗。术后常规行放、化疗治疗。患者病情好转。结论 卵巢无性细胞瘤的预后与临床分期密切相关,早期诊断及规范化治疗对卵巢无性细胞瘤的救治具有决定性作用。

Abstract: Objective To analyze diagnosis and treatment of ovarian dysgerminoma 1 case and review the literature, to provide clinical experience and basis. Method Use 1 cases confirmed by pathology of ovarian dysgerminoma data and the related literature. Results The patient who found the pelvic neoplasm 2 months. After the surgery and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patient get better. Conclusions The prognosis of ovarian dysgerminoma is closely related to clinical stage, Early diagnosis and standardized treatment has a decisive role on the treatment of ovarian dysgerminoma.
