摘要 Duchenne型肌营养不良（duchenne muscular dystrophy，DMD）是我国最常见的X连锁隐性遗传性肌病，临床表现为全身骨骼肌进行性无力、萎缩和小腿腓肠肌假性肥大，随着病情逐渐加重，患者逐渐丧失行走能力，部分病例在青年时期因呼吸循环衰竭而死亡［1-2］ 。
