摘要 N-甲基-M-天冬氨酸（N-methyl-D-aspartate，NMDA）受体脑炎是一种自身免疫性NMDA受体可逆性减少导致的边缘叶脑炎，由Dalmau等^［1］于2007年首次报道并命名。该病在儿童中的发生率逐年增加，现回顾1例在本院确诊为抗NMDA受体脑炎的诊疗体会。
