摘要 在早期妊娠阶段，对滋养层细胞向子宫蜕膜发生增殖、侵袭过程的调控，是妊娠成功的关键［1］ 。滋养层细胞来自滋养外胚层，是人类胚胎中最先分化、发育的细胞类型之一，是母-胎界面唯一与母体免疫系统直接接触的胎儿细胞，在胚胎植入、母-胎免疫耐受过程中发挥重要作用［1］ 。滋养层细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡及侵袭性行为，是胎盘形成、胚胎发育及妊娠顺利完成的基本要素［2］ 。滋养层细胞的侵袭过程与肿瘤的侵袭相似，受许多因素调控。这些调控因素的平衡，可保证早孕期滋养细胞的正常侵袭和胚胎的正常发育。任何一个环节出现问题，都可能导致流产的发生［3, 4］ 。
