摘要 染色体异常是出生缺陷的重要原因，在孕早期对绒毛进行染色体核型分析，被认为是产前诊断出生缺陷的安全可靠的方法［1］，能有效提高产前诊断效率，减少或避免出生缺陷的发生。现将孕早期绒毛异常核型1例报道如下
