摘要 转座子是指在原核和真核生物基因组上可以进行位置转换的 DNA 片段。转座子通过在原始位置上进行剪切或复制,经环化作用在转座酶辅助下插入到宿主基因组的其他位置,转座子发生位置转移的过程即为转座。转座子可以在基因组任意插入和切除,常用于哺乳动物细胞基因编辑的研究之中。相较于病毒介导的转染和传统转座子系统,piggyBac(PB)转座子拥有多种优点,广泛应用于转基因及功能基因研究中。本文对转座子系统的发
展历史、PB 转座子的结构特点及最新研究进展进行阐述。
