囊胚培养的利与弊

The advantages and disadvantages of blastocyst culture

摘要 自1978年第1例体外受精-胚胎移植治疗获得成 功以来，人胚胎进行体外培养的流程和时间就一 直是全世界胚胎学家着重考虑的技术关键点，将 人的胚胎在体外培养5～6天，其中发育潜能更好 的胚胎有可能会发育成囊胚，形成囊胚的胚胎非 整倍体率有明显下降，因此进行移植后能够改善 着床率，从而改善临床结局，减少移植胚胎的数 目，进而减少多胎的发生。囊胚的体外培养时间 延长，而且囊胚细胞数比较多，因此大大利于植 入前遗传学诊断的进行。近年来行囊胚活检后进 行遗传学诊断的研究发现，这种方式筛选后的胚 胎，着床率可以高达70%左右。本文对囊胚培养技 术在辅助生殖治疗中的应用，以及可能带来的风 险做一介绍。
