Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To detect the mRNA-205 expression in placenta of pregnant woman with preeclampsia and explore its effect in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods From October 2017 to July 2018, 30 patients of preeclampsia were enrolled in Dongguan People's Hospital as well as 30 cases of normal delivery were selected as control group. Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-205 in placenta and myeloid cell leukemia-1(MCL-1) mRNA. MCL-1 protein expression was detected by Western blot analysis. The statistical methods were carried out by independent sample t test and Spearman linear correlation analysis. Results There was no statistical significance in age and gestational week between preeclampsia group and control group (P>0.05). There was statistical significance in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 24-hour urinary protein between two groups (P<0.01). The 2-- △△ Ctt values of miR-205 in placenta of preeclampsia group was higher than that in control group[(0.226±0.043) vs (0.117±0.031), P=0.000]. MCL-1 in preeclampsia group was lower than thatin control group[ (0.162±0.033) vs (0.273±0.048), P=0.000]. Spearman linear correlation analysis showed the expression of mi R-205 in placenta of pregnant women for preeclampsia group was negatively correlated with MCL-1 (r=-0.326, P<0.05). The protein expression level of MCL-1 in placenta of pregnant women preeclampsia group was lower than that in control group[ (0.164±0.035 ) vs (0.436±0.092),P<0.01] . Conclusion High expression of miR-205 in placenta of pregnant women for preeclampsia may inhibit the expression of MCL-1 to participate the pathogenesis of preeclampsia possibly.
