Abstract: 【Abstract】 objectivesTo explore the pathogenic effbcts of B19 VPluproteion hean developmentand itspmbablemechanisms. Methods B19 VPlu pmteinwasinjectedinto mice at diffbrent gestational age,then the cardiac tissuespecimens of fbtal mice were harvested.The structuralchangesof cardiac cells were observed by lht micmscope and electmn micmscope.CeU apoptosis and sud'ace biomarkers were detected by immunohistochemistr)r,TUNEL and in situ hyhridization techniques.Results There were 23 pregnant mice and no fetal abortion in VPlu protein group,VPlu protein mAb intervention group or control group during the experiment.Hean weight and the number of descendants in each groupwere analyzedby variance,whichshows no statistical difference with P>0.05.Widenedmyocardialcellgaps,transparent orpale cytoplasmandcardiac steatosis were detectedby light micmscopein the gmups of VPluprotein groupand VPlu protein mAbintervention gmup.]Ⅵitochondria with vacuolation gathered in the widened gaps between myocardial cells,and cardiac cell apoptosis were detected by immunohistochemical and immunonuorescence techniques,while there was no abnonTlalities in control gmup.Conclusion B19 VPlu pmtein has no efkcts on fetal abortion and fetal heart malfb肌ation.but is associated with cardiac edema of fbtaJ mouse.
