摘要 【摘要】目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)在宫颈癌组织及血清中的表达及与新辅助化疗敏感性关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测49例宫颈癌患者(其中包括20例新辅助化疗患者)、28例宫颈正常患者组织中OPN mRNA的表达及20例行新辅助化疗前、后宫颈癌组织中OPN mRNA的表达水平；同时采用ELISA法测定上述患者血清中OPN的表达水平。结果OPN在宫颈癌组织及血清中的表
达均明显高于正常宫颈组织，且差异有显著性(尸之0．05)；新辅助化疗患者化疗后血清及组织中0PN的表达水平均明显下降(P 着重要的作用，且与官颈癌的新辅助化疗敏感性密切相关

Abstract: 【Abstract】 objectives To investigate the expression of oPN in tissue and semm of cenrical carcinomas，
and the
relationship
with
neoadjuvant chemotherapy sensitivity
of cervical carcinoma．Methods Real一time
quantitative
I℃verse
transcription—polymerase chain reaction(QRT—PCR)method
was perfo瑚ed to detect the
expression
0f OPN mRNA in28 cases of cenrical nornlal patients and 49 cases of cervical carcinoma patients，
including
20cases of neoadjuvant chemothempy
patients．At
the s枷e time，
using
ELISA method to detect the
expression
of 0PN in semm of cervical carcinoma．Results The positive
expression
of OPN in tissue and serum
of cervical c蛐cers was
significantly higher than in
the no珊al
patients，The expression
levels of 0PN in cervical
cancer tissue and semm were significantly decreased血er neoadjuvaJlt chemotherapy(P<0．05)．Conclusion
The
overexpression
of OPN
may be
linked to the
genesis
and
development
of cervical carcinoma，and was
si印ificanny
aLssociated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy
chemosensitivity
of cervical carcinoma．
