支气管哮喘对儿童生长发育的影响

Influence of bronchitical asthma on growth and development of children

摘要 支气管哮喘是严重影响人们健康的慢性疾病之一，随着生态环境日益恶化，儿童患者人数显著增加，已经成为导致儿童生活质量下降的主要疾病。我国第3次城市儿童哮喘流行病学调查显示，城市儿童哮喘患病率为3.02%，与10年前相比增加了52.8%，而且其患病人数仍呈明显增加趋势。吸入糖皮质激素（inhaled corticosteroid，ICS）是目前儿童哮喘治疗的首选药物，虽然吸入给药降低了全身不良反应的发生风险，但是长期ICS治疗是否会影响儿童生长发育，一直都是医生和患儿家属关注的重点问题。国内外许多医疗机构和学者对此做出了大量研究，但由于实验方法、药物剂量及给药疗程等的不同，得出的结论不尽相同。
