摘要儿童常见的过敏性疾病有哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、湿疹、食物过敏。研究发现，不同地区与种族之间过敏性疾病的种类和发生率有着很大差异^［1-3］，提示遗传因素、环境暴露、生活习惯和地理位置起着重要作用。“ 健康与疾病发育起源”（developmentalorigins of health and disease，DOHaD）学说提示早期胚胎发育时的不良暴露会增加子代各种疾病的风险。近年来对儿童过敏性疾病生命发育早期的研究集中在遗传和环境影响因素方面，以往的危险因素研究多针对母亲因素^［4］，包括母亲孕前、孕期因素以及胎儿出生后早期生活环境的不良因素探讨，然而近年来研究表明父亲亦在子代过敏性疾病的发生中有重要影响。为了更加全面认识儿童过敏性疾病的危险因素，本文旨在讨论儿童过敏性疾病的父亲相关影响因素及机制。
