摘要　卵巢为女性十分重要的性腺，是产生并排出卵子、分泌甾体激素的性器官。卵巢储备又称卵巢储备功能，指卵巢产生卵子数量和质量的潜能，是决定女性生育力的重要因素。卵巢储备功能受年龄、遗传、自身疾病、环境等因素影响，临床上将在任何年龄出现的卵巢内卵泡数量减少、卵泡发育异常、卵子质量降低称为卵巢储备功能下降（diminished ovarian reserve，DOR），可影响女性的生殖健康甚至生活。因此，尽早、准确地评估具有危险因素的女性卵巢储备功能，及时干预DOR，具有重要的临床意义。本文将对DOR影响因素及治疗的研究进展进行综述。
