摘要 复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA） 是女性妊娠期较为常见的并发症之一，其发生率为 1%~5%。随着流产次数的增加，RSA 复发的风险 也逐步上升，既往发生3 次以上自然流产的患者再 次妊娠后的胚胎丢失率为40%~80%［1］ 。母体的 自身免疫和同种免疫等免疫学因素、夫妇及胚胎 的染色体异常、遗传性和获得性易栓因素、内分泌 异常、女性生殖系统解剖异常等是RSA 已知的主 要病因。
