摘要复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA）是指同一对夫妇连续发生3 次或3 次以上的自然流产，影响着1%~5% 的育龄期女性；现在很多专家认为，连续发生2 次自然流产的妇女，再次发生妊娠丢失的风险接近于连续发生3 次的妇女，因此应该予以重视。RSA 病因复杂，可识别的原因包括父母及胚胎染色体异常、解剖异常、内分泌异常、感染、血栓倾向、免疫因素等，此外，依然存在一半左右的RSA 病因未知^［1］。RSA 的病理基础是细胞凋亡失衡。正常的妊娠是胎盘滋养层细胞不断地进行凋亡和增殖的过程，细胞凋亡和细胞增殖的平衡是妊娠成功的关键，而过度的凋亡将会使其失去平衡，进而导致RSA。胎盘滋养层细胞凋亡受到多种细胞因子的调控，并通过多种信号通路来完成，目前研究所发现的细胞凋亡的信号通路主要有内源性的线粒体凋亡通路和外源性的死亡受体凋亡通路^［2］。
