摘要复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA）是重要的生殖健康问题，通常指发生 2 次或2 次以上的妊娠 24 周前的妊娠失败^［1］，其病因十分复杂，除遗传性、内分泌性、感染和解剖性等原因外，免疫因素也是其重要的病因。随着生殖免疫学研究的不断深入，人们对妊娠免疫、免疫性不孕及RSA 等的许多疑难问题有了新的认识，逐渐确定免疫因素在生殖过程中的重要作用，60% 以上的 RSA由于免疫系统紊乱所致，约 80% 原因不明的流产与免疫因素紧密相关^［2］。本文总结了可能与 RSA 相关的免疫因素异常及诊断依据，就 RSA 免疫学发病机制、诊断及治疗等进行综述。
