摘要实现安全有效的完全经口喂养是提高新生儿生存质量的关键环节。在住院期间，若新生儿的经口喂养困难不能得到妥善解决，这一问题将持续存在，表现为厌恶经口喂养和长期的喂养困难，严重影响患儿及其家庭的生活质量和心理健康。而新生儿口腔运动干预是通过采取对口腔内、外按摩、口腔支持、非营养性吸吮等方法，对唇、颌、舌、软腭、咽、喉等与吸吮 - 吞咽 - 呼吸相关的组织或肌肉群进行感官刺激，旨在影响口咽机制的生理基础并改善其功能，从而促进新生儿实现完全经口喂养^［1］。现将新生儿口腔运动干预在临床实施中的现状综述如下。
