摘要流产是妊娠最常见的并发症。在所有可能妊娠中，流产的发生率约为50% ；在临床确诊妊娠中，自然流产的发生率为15% ～ 20%，其中1% ～ 5% 为复发性流产（recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA）^［1］。RSA 的病因非常复杂，既可能为单因素导致，也可能为混杂的多因素导致。近30 余年，RSA 在病因和治疗方面取得飞速发展，使得之前80% 以上不明原因的RSA 找到相关病因，并通过综合干预措施，将保胎成功率提高至70% ～ 90%^［1］。本文就近年来RSA 的病因及治疗进展予以综述。
