复发性流产患者子宫内膜容受性分子 生物学研究进展

Research progress on molecular biology of endometrial receptivity in patients with recurrent pregnancy loss

摘要 复发性流产（recurrent pregnancy loss， RPL）占 生育年龄女性的2%~5%，欧洲人类生殖与胚胎学 会和美国生殖医学会实践委员会将其定义为连续 2 次或2 次以上的妊娠丢失［1-2］ 。RPL 病因十分复 杂，目前已明确的因素包括染色体异常、解剖因素、 免疫功能异常、内分泌异常、感染因素、血栓及自身 免疫性疾病等，但仍有约50% 的原因不明。有研究 认为，RPL 与种植窗期子宫内膜容受性（embryonic receptivity， ER）异常及内膜细胞中各种分子的异常 表达有关［2-4］ 。ER 是指子宫内膜接受胚胎的能力， 即允许受精卵定位、黏附、侵入并使内膜间质发生 改变从而植入子宫内膜的一种能力。ER 异常是导 致不孕不育的一个重要因素，也是RPL 治疗困难的 原因之一，因此对ER 的正确评估非常重要。本文 主要对影响RPL 患者ER 的分子生物学标志物作 一综述，旨在为相关的科研及临床工作提供参考。
