摘要　21 世纪，人类开始迈向数字化时代，信息技术引起生活巨变。联合国儿童基金会在《2017 年世界
儿童状况：数字时代的儿童》中提到，全世界互联网用户中，18 岁以下的儿童与青少年约占1/3^［1］。我
国《2020 年全国未成年人互联网使用情况研究报告》^［2］显示，超过1/3 的小学生在学龄前就开始使
用互联网，并且呈逐年上升趋势。儿童首次接触屏幕的时间逐渐低龄化，屏幕使用模式在儿童早期逐
渐形成，且随着时间的推移而固化，对儿童早期发展造成重大影响^［3-4］。近年来，儿童早期屏幕暴露
对儿童神经发育障碍性疾病的影响备受关注。
