摘要　脓毒症是严重感染引起的临床综合征，其特征是并发于全身炎症反应综合征（systemicinflammatory response syndrome，SIRS）的免疫失调、微循环紊乱/障碍和多器官功能障碍，如果伴有心血管功能障碍、急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory distress syndrome，ARDS）或2个以上器官/系统出现功能障碍，则为严重脓毒血症^［1-2］。全球每10万活产新生儿中有2 202例发生脓毒症^［1］，是儿童入住儿科重症监护室（pediatricintensive care unit，PICU）和死亡的主要原因之一。全球儿童脓毒症的总体疾病负担很重，并存
在巨大的地区差异。一项纳入26个国家128家医疗中心的横断面研究证实，PICU严重脓毒症的患病率
与经济社会发展水平有关。发达国家严重脓毒症发生率为6%~8%，死亡率为21%~32%；而亚洲和南美
洲的发生率为15%~16%，死亡率分别为40%和11%；南非的发生率为25%，死亡率为40%^［3］。我国儿童脓毒症每年有360 000例以上，发生率约为1.8‰^［4］。
