摘要 外泌体（exosomes）是一种几乎所有细胞都会分 泌的、直径为40~150 nm 的细胞外双层包膜小泡， 外泌体内通常含有其分泌细胞的蛋白质、DNA、非 编码RNA、微小RNA（microRNA，miRNA) 等细胞 成分，并以旁分泌或内分泌的方式参与细胞通讯以 及细胞信号转导的调控［1-2］ 。糖尿病性勃起功能障 碍(diabetic erectile dysfunction，DED) 是糖尿病常 见并发症之一，目前多使用各类细胞及其外泌体进 行探索性治疗实验。为了更好地了解外泌体的作 用机制，从而针对疾病运用最有效的治疗，本文将 对现有外泌体对DED 进行的探索性治疗实验及进 展进行综述。
