摘要男性不育症定义为由男性因素导致育龄夫妻在无保护措施维持性生活1 年后仍然无法自然怀孕。全球约有15% 的夫妇经历不孕不育症困扰^［1］，其中约一半的不孕不育取决于男性因素^［2］，并且随着社会发展，人类生活方式的改变使得这个比例逐年增高。活性氧（reactive oxygen species，ROS）是一类具有高氧化活性的基团，包括超氧阴离子（O2?-）、过氧化氢（H2O2）、过氧阴离子（ROO?-）、羟基（OH?）自由基，以及ROS 的另一个子集——活性氮（reactive nitrogen species，RNS），其中包含具有生物活性的一氧化氮及与一氧化氮反应形成过氧化物亚硝酸盐（ONOO-）^［3］。研究表明，在30%~80%的不育男性中，ROS 介导的精子损伤是导致不育的主要病理因素^［4］
