摘要　1 9 6 3 年， S t a r z l 教授将肝移植（ l i v e rtransplantation，LT）技术首次应用于临床。历经40余年的发展，外科手术技术日趋成熟，已成为治疗急、慢性肝功能衰竭，肝良性、恶性肿瘤以及某些代谢性肝病的有效手段^［1］。虽然肝移植在许多情况下可以挽救生命，但移植受者发生感染是导致术后死亡的最常见原因^［2］。随着新型免疫抑制剂的使用，移植手术后的病死率已降至5%下，受体术后1年生存率接近90%，5年生存率超过70%^［3-4］。但由于接受移植后的免疫状态和手术相关的操作技术等因素，术后感染仍然是导致移植物功能障碍和患者死亡的主要原因之一^［5］。
