摘要巨细胞病毒（cytomegalovirus， CMV）是一种普遍存在的DNA 疱疹病毒，CMV 感染最常见的是胎儿病毒感染，是新生儿感觉神经性听力减退和智力低下的主要感染性病因^［1］。
