摘要 患儿男，因“孕期发现胎儿胸腔积液2个月”于生后25 min入院。患儿系第1胎，孕40周头位，因胎儿窘迫产钳助产娩出，出生体重3 450 g，生后无窒息，Apgar评分1、5、10 min均为10分。患儿父母体健，非近亲结婚，否认家族类似疾病史。母亲孕32周至分娩前胎儿超声均发现胎儿左侧胸腔少量积液。入院查体：生命体征正常，哭声响亮；皮肤红润无水肿；左头顶部可触及6 cm×6 cm×3 cm血肿，触之软，边界清，有波动感；双肺呼吸音清，未闻及干湿性啰音；心律齐，心音有力，未闻及杂音；腹软，肝脾未触及，肠鸣音存在；四肢肌张力正常，新生儿原始反射存在。辅助检查：微量血糖、血气分析结果基本正常。C反应蛋白0.5 mg/L。肝功能：天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶67 U/L，其他正常。肾功能、血清蛋白结果均正常。血培养：无细菌生长。免疫性溶血检测结果阴性。心肌酶结果见表1。
