摘要　早产儿在出生后近期与远期的呼吸系统疾病发病率均高于足月儿。目前，关于早产儿远期呼吸系统疾病研究最多的是呼吸道感染与哮喘^［1］。呼吸道感染与哮喘是儿童期严重的疾病负担^［2］。英国一项对超过30 万名婴儿的11 年随访研究表明，早产儿童因呼吸道感染和哮喘入院的风险增加到5 岁^［3］。本文就早产的流行病学、早产儿的呼吸系统发育特征、早产对儿童呼吸系统疾病尤其是远期呼吸系统疾病的影响研究进展综述如下。
