摘要病例1，患者男性，27岁，因“婚后3年不育”就诊。自诉现晨勃少见，阴茎勃起可，性交持续时间3~5 min，不满意。每周性交1~2次，射精液量少，偶有射精困难。外院精液检查未见精子。体格检查：身高171 cm，体质量71 kg，体质量指数24.28 kg/m2，无嗅觉异常，腋毛稀少, 胡须、喉结未见。患者在室温下体检，进行阴囊的视诊和触诊，测量阴茎静息长度、睾丸容积（采用Prader睾丸模型比拟法测量双侧平均体积）, 记录阴毛青春发育的性征分期，并进行彩色多普勒超声睾丸检查^［1-3］.
