摘要自噬是一种在溶酶体中降解细胞质物质的分解代谢过程，在各种生理或病理过程中起着重要的作用。自噬被认为是把双刃剑，因为它既可以通过清除受损细胞器为细胞更新提供能量来充当保护机制，也可能导致细胞损伤^［1］。自噬相关基因（autophagy related gene，ATG）和酶在3 种类型的自噬中被发现：巨自噬、分子伴侣介导的自噬（chaperone-mediated autophagy，CMA）和微自噬。首先，巨自噬作为自噬的主要形式，是一个保守的动态过程，包括起始或诱导（吞噬泡形成）、成核、伸长、闭合（自噬小体的形成）、融合（自噬小体和溶酶体形成自噬溶酶体）和降解。根据靶点的不同，巨自噬可分为非选择性自噬（靶向细胞质）和选择性自噬（靶向特定细胞器）。选择性自噬根据底物降解可分为：线粒体自噬、聚集体自噬、核糖体自噬、内质网自噬、细胞核自噬、过氧化物酶体自噬、异源吞噬、溶酶体自噬、脂滴自噬、铁自噬等^［2］。
