摘要　患儿，男性，年龄1岁9个月，因“运动智力发育落后1年余”就诊。家属诉患儿自2月龄开始频繁眼
球上翻，多汗，至今不能抬头、独坐、站立和独行。月龄时行儿童健康发育评估，发现中度生长发育迟
缓，体型匀称偏瘦。4月龄时行神经心理发育评估，提示神经心理发育落后、四肢肌力低，遂予按摩、
电疗康复及鼠神经生长因子肌内注射治疗，但病情无改善。生后行血串联质谱及4月龄时完善尿气相
色谱-质谱法检测均未见异常，1岁1月龄时行Gesell测定，发现语言、精细动作、大动作、适应性和社
交全面重度/极重度发育迟缓，但脑电图监测未见异常，染色体微阵列分析未检出染色体微缺失或微重
复变异。1岁4月龄时行头颅磁共振成像未见异常，为明确病因而到暨南大学附属第一医院儿科就诊。
