摘要　母乳是婴儿的理想营养来源。母乳中的营养成分以及免疫活性因子可以促进早产儿生长，还可以促进其免疫系统及其他未成熟器官不断发育，减少败血症和坏死性小肠结肠炎等感染性疾病及糖尿病、恶性肿瘤（白血病）等多种非感染性疾病的发生^［1-4］，因此母乳喂养对早产儿有非常重要的意义。但是母乳也不总是安全的，母乳中可能携带病原微生物，特别是巨细胞病毒（cytomegalovirus，CMV）可以通过母乳喂养感染新生儿，尤其是极早产儿（胎龄<32 周）、极低出生体质量儿（very low birthweight infant，VLBWI），使其发生出生后获得性巨细胞病毒（postnatal cytomegalovirus，pCMV）感染。
