Abstract: 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate parenting stress of discharged premature infants, improve the quality of home nurture environment through WeChat group. Method From 20 January to 20 December 2020, 42 premature infants and their parents, who were hospitalized and successfully discharged in the Department of Pediatrics, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, were selected as the research objects. General Information Questionnaire and ParentingStress Index-Short Form were sent by wjx (a platform with the function of questionnaire making) inWeChat group to analyze the factors influencing parental stress after discharge of premature infants.Statistical methods performed by t-test, χ2 test, One-way analysis of variance, Logistic multivariateregression analysis. Result The simple parental stress scale effectively recovered 42 copies. The scoresof parent-child interaction disorder in parental stress were [(29.3±8.3), (28.8±6.6), (20.4±5.3) points] infamilies with per capita monthly income of 1 000-4 999 yuan, 5 000-9 999 yuan, 10 000 yuan and above),F=4.064, P=0.025). In the dimension of children with difficulties, the scores were [(30.8±6.8), (34.2±4.5), (28.1±7.2) points, F=2.856, P=0.040], which was statistical significance. In the dimension of children with difficulties, the mother's occupation type was housework, office, enterprise and public institution member, professional and technical personnel, commercial service personnel and other occupations, whose score was[(26.4±4.7), (27.5±7.5), (31.8±3.4), (32.2±6.7), (34.7±6.0) points, F=2.980, P=0.033] with statistical significance. Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that compared with those whose mothers wereengaged in housework, the parenting stress of premature infants was higher than that in office, enterpriseand institution personned (OR=3.211, 95%CI: 0.156-66.237, P=0.045); Compared with families with percapita monthly income of 1 0000 yuan and above than that in families with per capita monthly income of 1000-4 999 yuan, the parenting stress of premature infants was higher(OR=10.733, 95%CI: 1.021-112.780,P=0.048). Conclusion Occupation type of mother and per capita monthly household income does havegreat influence on parenting stress. It is significant to carry out a network investigation on parenting stress ofpremature infants.
