摘要 报道1 例新生儿头皮浅表脂肪瘤样痣患儿，其母孕产史及家族史无异常，出生时发现右头顶部 约10.0 cm×0.5 cm×0.5 cm 的条索状肿物，给予结扎术后自行脱落，随访3 个月，未复发，预后良好。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 A neonatal with nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis was reported. There was noabnormality in the maternal history and family history. A strep-like mass about 10.0 cm×0.5 cm×0.5 cm on the top of the right head was found at birth, which fell off spontaneously after ligation. The neonate was follow-up for 3 months and showed no recurrence, with a good prognosis.
