摘要　患儿，男，胎龄35 周，体重1 098 g，生后1 天，主因“发现下腹壁包块1 天”于2016 年8 月10 日收入陆军总医院附属八一儿童医院新生儿外科监护病房。入院查体：腹软，无压痛、反跳痛；耻骨联合可触及分离；膀胱呈外翻状态，可见左侧输尿管开口，右侧输尿管未辨明；阴茎纵裂呈两部分，分别位于膀胱两侧；双侧阴囊分裂，侧睾丸于腹股沟区可及，左侧睾丸未触及；正常肛门处未见开口，可见色素沉着，膀胱下方见直肠组织外翻，其中可见小瘘口3 mm，少许大便排出。从该瘘口插入导管至5 cm 受阻。入院诊断：泄殖腔外翻、先天性肛门闭锁、阴茎分裂、左侧隐睾。
