1 例多囊卵巢综合征患者在体外受精 周期中卵泡发育迟缓的治疗

Treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with follicular growth retardation during an in vitro fertilization cycle: a case report

摘要 患者，女，35 岁，因“继发不孕5 年”于2016 年 10 月就诊于长沙生殖医学医院生殖医学中心。患 者于2011 年因“左侧输卵管妊娠”行腹腔镜下输 卵管病灶清除术。术后3 个月在外院行输卵管通 液术，提示“通而不畅”；超声提示“双侧卵巢多囊 状态，基础窦卵泡数双侧共20+ 个”；基础性激素水 平：卵泡刺激素（follicle-stimulating hormong，FSH）为 4.67 IU/L，黄体生成素（luteinizing hormone，LH）为 4.51 IU/L，雌二醇（estradiol，E2）为44.31 ng/L，孕酮 （progesterone，P）为0.86 μg/L，泌乳素（prolactin，PRL） 为5.96 μg/L，睾酮（testosterone，T）为1045.9 ng/L。 身高160 cm，体重80 kg，体重指数31.25 kg/m2。平 素月经欠规律，14 岁初潮，月经周期35 ～ 37 天， 每次持续4 ～ 5 天，月经量适中，无痛经。男方精 液检查提示“轻度弱精子症”。初步诊断：继发不 孕症，多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome， PCOS），盆腔炎性疾病后遗症。拟行体外受精（in vitro fertilization，IVF）助孕治疗。
