摘要体外膜肺氧合（extracorporeal membrane oxygenation，ECMO）基本原理就是通过动静脉插管，将血液从体内引流到体外，经人工膜肺氧合后，再经泵将氧合血灌注入体内，维持机体各器官的供血和供氧，对严重的心肺功能衰竭患者进行较长时间呼吸心脏支持，使患者心肺得以充分的休息，为进一步治疗和心肺功能的恢复赢得宝贵的时间^［1］。国际体外生命支持组织（extracorporeal life support organization，ELSO）2016 年数据显示，相对成人和儿童，新生儿呼吸疾病 ECMO
支持预后最佳，平均存活率达 74%^［2］。对常规呼吸支持技术无效的新生儿，ECMO 技术是一种有效的救治手段^［3］。本专家共识仅供呼吸衰竭新生儿 ECMO 支持参考使用。
