摘要肺功能检查为诊断呼吸系统病变、评估疾病严重程度、预测预后以及探讨发病机制提供客观依据^［1］，亦可用于指导临床治疗并评判治疗效果^［2］。近年来，随着高龄产妇增多，早产儿发生率不断升高。因早产儿肺部发育有其独特特征，现已逐渐受到临床医师的重视，对其肺功能的研究也在不断发展。本文就临床上早产儿肺功能检查的常用技术、肺功能影响因素及早产儿肺功能研究的临床意义等方面进行综述。
