摘要 1961 年世界卫生组织（World Health Organization，WHO）大会倡议，凡妊娠满 28 周（196 d）至 37 周（259 d）间的分娩定为早产。在此期间出生体重为1 000 ～ 2 499 g，身体各器官未成熟的新生儿为早产
儿。早产定义的上限全球统一，即妊娠不满 37 周分娩，而下限设置因国而异，与其新生儿救治水平相关。很多发达国家与地区采用妊娠满 20 周，也有一些采用满 24 周^［1］。全世界每年有近 100 万婴儿死于早产及其相关并发症。早产也是产前住院治疗最常见的原因之一^［2］。约有 1/4 的存活早产儿会遗留智力障碍或神经系统后遗症。研究发现，妊娠24 ～ 30 周，宫内时间每延长 1 d 可使早产儿的存活率提高 3%^［3］。因此，防治早产是降低围产儿死亡率和患病率的关键，对优生优育及提高人口素质具有重要意义。
