喂养羊水预防新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的研究进展

摘要
坏 死 性 小 肠 结 肠 炎（necrotizing enterocolitis ,NEC）是新生儿期常见的危急重症之一，主要发生
于早产儿，发病率和病死率较高，NEC 后期可出现短肠综合征、生长发育迟缓、脑瘫等多种后遗症［1-2］。NEC 的治疗主要包括禁食、胃肠减压、静脉使用抗生素以及必要时外科手术干预［1］ 。近年研究发现
生后早期给予羊水喂养可以降低 NEC 发病率，本文综述其研究进展如下。
