摘要新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy， HIE）作为新生儿缺氧窒息后常见的严重并发症之一，在活产儿中的发病率为0.1% ～ 0.8%。新生儿期死亡率为10% ～ 20% ；存活者中，远期神经系统不良预后的发生率为25% ～ 30%。重度HIE 的死亡率及严重神经系统后遗症发生率高，给家庭及社会带来巨大负担^{［ 1］}。而且至今尚未完全了解该病的确切发病机制及明确的诊疗方法。亚低温治疗始于20 世纪90 年代，其对HIE 的治疗作用逐渐受到关注。大量研究证实中重度的HIE 患儿采用亚低温治疗有助于降低
病死率。目前，亚低温治疗已被许多国家作为新生儿HIE 的常规诊疗方法。但是在临床实践中何时
开始亚低温治疗以及采取何种方式的亚低温治疗策略仍没有明确的结论。现对亚低温治疗在临床
实施中的相关问题及亚低温联合药物治疗的应用进展进行综述。
