摘要

2017 年国际抗癫痫联盟（International League Against Epilepsy，ILAE）首次对发育性癫痫性脑病（developmental and epileptic encephalopathies，DEE）进行定义，并与发育性脑病及癫痫性脑病相区分。发育性脑病仅存在生长发育问题而没有癫痫发作；癫痫性脑病的定义为频繁痫样放电本身导致严重的发育、认知和行为异常。而在 DEE 中，精神运动发育落后及频繁的痫样放电这两个因素共同起作用［1］。临床上最容易掌握的鉴别点是 DEE 患儿在癫痫发作以前即存在精神发育落后；且 DEE患儿即使癫痫控制后仍遗留严重的神经系统后遗症。DEE 包括大田原综合征（Ohtahara syndrome, OS）、婴儿痉挛症（infantile spasms，IS）又称 West 综合征（West syndrome，WS）、婴儿严重肌阵挛性癫痫（severe myoclonic epilepsy of infancy，SEMI）又称Dravet 综合征、早期肌阵挛性脑病.
