摘要新生儿死亡率是反映一个国家居民健康水平和社会经济发展水平的重要指标。2021 年世界卫生组织（World Health Organization，WHO）数据显示，全球新生儿死亡率明显下降，而我国新生儿死亡率仍高于大部分发达国家。我国卫生健康委员会在《健康儿童行动提升计划（2021-2025 年）》中提出目标：到2025 年，新生儿死亡率、婴儿死亡率和5 岁以下儿童死亡率要分别控制在0.31%、0.52%和0.66% 以下，全面提升妇幼医疗保健水平成为医疗服务行业的重大任务^［1］。大量研究数据表明，新生儿死亡率、窒息率的降低与围产医学技术与模式的进步密切相关。
