胎盘输血在产科特殊情况新生儿中应用的专家共识

Expert consensus on the use of placental transfusion in neonates with special obstetric conditions

摘要 在20 世纪60 年代以前，新生儿出生时多予以延 迟脐带结扎（delayed cord clamping，DCC），但出于对产 妇产后出血的担心，出生后立即结扎脐带（immediate cord clamping，ICC）（结扎脐带的时间在出生30 s 内） 成为标准化的操作，但缺乏循证医学证据［1-2］ 。近10 年， 围产医学界对ICC、DCC 和脐带挤压（umbilical cord milking，UCM）进行了较广泛的研究，证实了胎盘输 血对新生儿有诸多益处，且不会增加产妇产后出血的 风险［3-8］ 。
