New strategy for preventing group B streptococcus early onset infection in neonates

摘要 B 族溶血性链球菌（group B Streptococcus， GBS）是引起羊膜腔内感染和早发型新生儿感染的 主要病原菌。由于围产期GBS 感染死亡率高、危害 大，自20 世纪70 年代以来西方国家对其预防和处 理给予了高度重视。1996 年美国疾病预防控制中 心（centers for disease control and prevention， CDC） 针对围产期GBS 的防治制订了规范化方案［1］ ，随 后于2002 年和2010 年进行了两次修订［2-3］ ，随着 预防与治疗指南的不断更新，美国新生儿早发型 GBS 疾病（GBS early-onset disease，GBS-EOD）发生 率从1990 年的1.8/1 000 个活产婴下降到2015 年 的0.23/1 000 个活产婴，降幅达80%［4-5］ 。2019 年 6 月和2020 年2 月由美国妇产科协会（American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists， ACOG）先 后两次对指南进行更新（782 和797 号文件）［6-7］ ， 2019 年7 月美国儿科协会（American Academy of Pediatrics， AAP）也做出新生儿GBS 感染的风险管 理［5］ ，以上方案作为预防围产期GBS 感染的最新 临床指导。
