摘要 新生儿呼吸衰竭是新生儿期重要的致 死原因，难治性呼吸衰竭的病情极其危重，高频振荡 呼吸机、肺表面活性物质、吸入一氧化氮、血管活性药 物等常规治疗可能无效。体外膜肺氧合（extracorporeal membrane oxygenation，ECMO）技术给难治性呼吸衰 竭的新生儿带来了生存的希望。ECMO 支持新生儿 的预后相对于儿童和成人更好，但其管理难度更大， 目前国内统计的新生儿ECMO 支持救治成功率与国 外资料差距很大。为了方便更多国内新生儿科重症 监护室医师和儿童重症监护室医师学习和参考，在获 得ASAIO Journal 授权后，翻译“体外生命支持组织 （extracorporeal life support organization，ELSO）：新生 儿呼吸衰竭指南”如下。
