摘要产前应用糖皮质激素（antenatal corticosteroids,ACS）能够促进胎肺成熟，减少早产儿出生后早期呼吸系统并发症，提高早产儿存活率，目前已被广泛用于临床。自20 世纪70 年代至今，ACS 在全世界范围内得以广泛应用，已证明在降低多种早产儿并发症中发挥了显著作用^［1-2］。随着早产儿发病率及存活率的提高和出院后健康随访管理的建立，ACS 应用关于子代远期神经行为发育影响的研究逐渐引起关注，目前关于其应用的胎龄、药物种类及疗程的选择对神经系统发育的影响存在争议。
