摘要绒毛膜羊膜炎（chorioamnionitis，CAM）是指病原微生物进入羊膜腔后引起羊水、胎盘或胎儿的感
染，是早产常见的原因，可能会导致不良新生儿结局^［1-3］。根据是否有临床表现和胎盘病理结果分为
临床绒毛膜羊膜炎和组织学绒毛膜羊膜炎，其发生比例约为1 ∶ 9^［4］。主要常见致病菌包括解脲脲原
体、支原体、B 族链球菌和葡萄球菌、阴道加德纳菌、大肠杆菌、乳杆菌及念珠菌等^［5-8］，它们在感染基础上引起的免疫反应可使胎儿体内产生多种促炎因子，最终导致早产的发生；而其导致的炎症反应，也
可能使胎儿许多器官受到影响，从而使早产儿发生许多严重并发症。研究报道CAM 可能与新生儿呼
吸窘迫综合征、支气管肺发育不良、新生儿早发型败血症、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎、早产儿视网膜病、早产儿脑损伤等有关^［8］。
