摘要胎儿心脏发育主要在胎儿期3~8 周完成。胎心率在孕3~4 周出现，在孕5~6 周时最低，后随孕龄增加而上升，孕9~10 周达到峰值，随后缓慢降低, 在孕34 周后胎儿心率减慢明显，后趋于平稳^［1］。胎心率通常在110~160 次/min，如果胎儿心率不在正常范围或心律不规则，则认为胎儿心律失常^［2］。胎儿心律失常的发生率为1%~2%^［3］。严重的胎儿心律失常可导致胎儿早产的发生甚至可能胎死宫内，针对胎儿心律失常的原因及类型来选择不同的治疗方式，可改善胎儿预后。
