摘要　全世界1.86 亿人患有不孕症，育龄夫妇占8%~12%，且发病率逐年增加^［1］。体外受精（in vitro fertilization，IVF）与胞浆内单精子注射（intracytoplasmic sperm injection，ICSI）是目前最常用且有效的辅助生殖技术（assisted reproductivetechnology，ART），为不孕夫妇带来希望。遗憾的是，即使IVF 技术日益完善，完全受精失败的风险仍不可避免，其发生率为 5%~20 %^{［ 2-3］}。早期补救胞浆内单精子注射（rescue intracytoplasmic sperminjection，r-ICSI）的出现，可以在不取消ART 周期的情况下，直接对IVF未受精的卵母细胞进行补救，避免了周期的取消以及完全受精失败的发生，使经济成本下降了25%，也缓解了患者的精神压力^［4-5］
