摘要肥胖指由多因素引起的能量摄入超过消耗，导致体内脂肪积聚过多、体质量超过参考值范围的营养障碍性疾病^［1］。儿童肥胖问题日益严重，已经成为全球性的重大公共卫生问题，近年来全球儿童超重率和肥胖率均呈现出明显上升趋势^［2］。1985 年至2014 年，我国7 岁以上学龄儿童超重率和肥胖率显著增加，超重率由2.1% 增至12.2%，肥胖率则由0.5% 增至7.3%^［3］。
